  • Dry Film Lubrication
  • Corrosion Protection
  • Developed in 1964 for high velocity rifle barrels.
  • Increases Muzzle velocity
  • Improves Accuracy
Microlon Gun Juice will provide smoother operation of all moving parts and prevent corrosion. When properly applied to the bore, gun juice will cause a higher muzzle velocity, shoot more consistently and last much longer.

Use Gun Juice on all firearms in place of gun oil. Gun Juice provides superior lubrication and is a dry film that will not attract dirt, dust or grit that can permanently damage a firearm.

How does Gun Juice Work?

Microlon Gun Juice has two major parts. The first consists of a liquid containing 17 different chemical compounds. These compounds remove the contaminates from the pores in the metal surface then treat the exposed metal for corrosion. They evapoate leaving the second part laying on the surface.

The second part consists of millions of particles of Microlon resin. These particles have an affinity for each other and when forced into open pores of the metal the particles weld together forming a resilient film that leaves a smooth lubricated surface. The forcing action is applied by the bullet in the bore of the gun or buffing exposed surfaces or individual gun parts with a soft material.

How to apply Gun Juice

Shake Gun Juice at all times while using, clean & degrease metal before treatment. Shake it every time you pick it up , cap it every time you put it down.

  1. Secure your weapon in a bench rest.
  2. Wet a patch with the gun juice and swab the bore between firings of the weapon until the point of impact stops rising on the target. This will indicate that the film has completely formed in the barrel. Or swab and fire gun until maximum velocity is reached as measured by a chronograph.
  3. Gun Juice may be applied to each part of the firearm by polishing the parts with a soft cloth moistened with Gun Juice. A small piece of chamois works perfectly. Repeat this wiping process four times, polish, dry completely, then buff between each application. Forced drying can be accomplished with a hair dryer. During reassembly, you will notice how much smoother the weapon operates. Application of Gun Juice will prevent corrosion.
1 oz of Gun Juice will do a couple of guns depending on size/coverage.
The price for 1 oz is $9.00, 4 oz $30.00 (plus shipping)

Use Microlon Assembly Lube anywhere a light, friction-fighting grease is needed. Likely examples include, spinning reels, bait casting reels, fly casting reels, outboard motor pivots, electric trolling motor gear boxes, throttle and shift control pivots, etc.

Assembly Lube is dynamite for coating parts and bearings during assembly (engines, gear boxes, differentials, etc.). Microlon Assembly Lube will provide excellent rust and corrosion protection and will not run off during long-term storage and will protect against dry starts when the unit is returned to service.
